General Purpose of the Position:

We’re looking for a smart, enthusiastic person with a passion for web marketing, nurturing client relationships and, in the process, building a business. If you want to make a meaningful impact within an organization, this is the role for you.


Principal Responsibilities:

• Act as a hands-on marketing consultant for a diverse group of SMB clients
• Provide recommendations, strategies and tactics designed to generate leads and improve business performance for our clients
• Interact regularly and work closely with clients and fulfillment team to ensure seamless delivery of marketing campaigns
• Interpret, analyze and communicate performance metrics to clients
• Be a “point guard” distributing information and assignments to internal and external stakeholders to optimize performance of online marketing programs


Education, Training and/or Experience Required:

• (1) One year of experience supporting a large and diverse client base
• Experience with small and medium-sized business clients
• Experience with Mono, Google AdWords, Facebook for Business and Email Marketing
• Minimum (1) one year of experience in sales
• Project management experience
• Self-motivated, well organized, detail oriented and the ability of persuasion.
• Exceptional client management aptitude and skills
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in online marketing including SEO, SEM, social marketing, etc.
• Strategic insight, particularly in relation to helping small businesses (SMB) grow
• Strong time management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Online Marketing or equivalent.
• Customer Service experience
• Professional, friendly manner and very fluent.
